Questions & Answers
What is the difference between the 26-letter and 27-letter versions?
LWG001 (red) uses the classic A–Z set of 26 letters. LWG101 (blue) has 27 keys and adds the Spanish letter “Ñ”, with a matching Spanish word list. Both versions include the same English-and-Spanish audio, numbers 1–20, quiz games, eight songs and the animal piano.
Which languages does it speak, and how do I switch?
It speaks English and Spanish. Each letter and word can be heard in both languages, and a dedicated button toggles between them. The audio uses clear recorded pronunciations designed for young listeners.
Does it need batteries?
Yes. It runs on three AAA batteries, which are not included. A small screwdriver is included to open the battery cover; for safety, please have an adult install or change the batteries and keep loose batteries away from young children.
How does it hang on the wall, and will it damage the surface?
The box includes an adhesive hook and adhesive dots, and the unit has a hanging loop, so it can be fixed to a wall or the back of a door without drilling. Hold on delicate or freshly painted surfaces, as adhesive strength varies by wall finish.
What age is it for, and is it safe?
The packaging recommends ages 3 and up. It contains small parts and a battery compartment, so it is not intended for children under 3, and younger children should only use it with an adult nearby. Wipe the surface clean with a dry or lightly damp cloth and keep it away from fire and direct heat.
What Parents Say
Give Their Wall A Voice
Pick the 26-letter red version or the 27-letter blue version with Ñ — and let the letters, numbers and songs do the teaching.
