Important: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages returned or undelivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information.

  • Need it faster? Hosting a last-minute family reunion? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout to ensure your net or bocce set arrives just in time.

Stock up on your backyard essentials. Any domestic order over $49.99 automatically qualifies for free standard shipping. No hidden fees, no promo codes needed.

Track Your Game
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will shoot you an email with a tracking number. You can watch its journey right up to the moment it lands on your porch.

Order Cancellation

We accept cancellation requests before the product has been shipped or produced. To cancel an order, please contact us at  support@vssal.net with your order number included for the fastest resolution.

  • Cancellation window: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed

  • Order processing time: Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped the following business day (we do not ship on weekends)

  • Full refund: A full refund will be issued for all successfully cancelled orders

  • After shipment: Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

Returns

We accept returns on items reported within 90 days of the delivery date as shown in your tracking information. To initiate a return, please email us at support@vssal.net.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when it was received. 
  • Product must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, and it its original packaging.
  • Product packaging must be intact and returned to us in an appropriate shipping container.
  • The product must be returned to the return facility address provided by our customer service.
  • Must contact customer service to obtain an RMA# before processing returns.
  • A 10% restocking fee may be made on all goods returned, as well as a reconditioning charge if required. Any goods returned without our permission may be refused.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • The product is returned damaged

Please include the following information with your return request:

  • Your order number (order numbers begin with "sppusa")
  • The name and email address used to place the order
  • Reason for the return

Refunds

Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is completely non-functional

  • The product was not delivered within 90 business days of the order date

Please note:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund total

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Your order did not arrive due to an incorrect shipping address or other factors within your control

  • Your order was not picked up as requested or was otherwise missed on your end

  • Your order was delayed or undelivered due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance issues, natural disasters, or a package marked "delivered" but reported missing from your mailbox
