Welcome to Vssal! We are absolutely thrilled to help you gear up for your next backyard tournament or beach day. But before we step onto the court and Get The Good Times Rolling, we need to go over a few ground rules.

This website is operated by Vssal. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Vssal. By visiting our site or purchasing our gear, you are engaging in our "Service" and agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our sports gear—from bocce balls to volleyball nets—is designed for fun and fitness. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose (for example, our bocce balls are for the yard, not for breaking windows).

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

3. Products and Pricing

We pride ourselves on the quality of our equipment. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our volleyballs, nets, and braces as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your computer monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product (or any part of it) without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We want to make sure your gear arrives at the right place, right on time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. User Comments, Feedback, and Community

We love seeing our community in action! If you send us creative ideas, backyard photos, product reviews, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and translate them in any medium. We are not obligated to pay compensation for any comments or to respond to every single one (though we try our best!).

We ask that you keep the community positive. Please do not submit comments that are unlawful, abusive, or obscene.

6. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally, there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, and transit times. Just like adjusting a volleyball net, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information if anything on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (even after you have submitted your order).

We build our gear for real play, but outdoor sports naturally come with some risk. By using our site and products, you agree that your use of the Service and our products is at your sole risk. While we offer protective gear like knee and ankle braces to help keep you safe, Vssal, our directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses arising from your use of any of our products. Play hard, but always play safe!

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
