Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Vssal, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the USA, Canada, and Australia, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
1. Order Processing Time

Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).

Shipment: Once your order is packed and ready, it will be shipped the following business day.

Weekend/Holidays: Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship to the USA, Canada, and Australia using premium carriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, DHL Express, and UPS to ensure speed and reliability.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 Business Days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Tobettie is not liable for any packages damaged or lost during shipping once the carrier has marked the shipment as "Delivered."

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it: Please check with your neighbors or your building manager, and look around your property (mailbox, porch, back door).

Filing a Claim: If you still cannot locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) directly to file a claim. Please have your tracking number ready.

Our Support: While we are not responsible for stolen packages, we want to help. Please contact our support team, and we can assist you in providing the necessary information to file your claim with the carrier.
5. Correct Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and correct.

Incomplete Addresses: If there is missing information (like an apartment number), we may need to contact you to update the delivery details. This will cause delays in your order.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we are happy to reship it; however, additional shipping fees may apply.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (outside the USA), your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tobettie is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
7. Delivery Method
Depending on your local area, your order may be delivered by a local courier or your national postal service. In most cases, the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notice card to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
