Vssal wants every order to feel right for you. If something isn’t working out, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Return Eligibility (30 Days)
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:

The item has a quality issue.

The item was damaged during shipping.

The item is significantly different from the description.

You received the wrong item.
To help resolve your request quickly, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
2. Non-Quality Returns (Change of Mind)
If you would like to return an item for personal reasons (for example: you no longer want it, ordered the wrong item, or simply don’t like it), we also accept returns within 30 days, as long as:

The item is unused and in new condition.

All original packaging, accessories, and tags are intact.
Shipping cost for non-quality returns

For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refund Method & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is approved by our team.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
4. Undelivered or Lost Packages
We will refund or reship your order in the following situations:

Tracking shows no updates for an extended period and the package is confirmed lost in transit.

The package is lost or severely delayed due to the carrier.

Customs clearance fails for reasons not caused by the customer.

Delivery fails because of incorrect information provided by us.
Situations that are the customer’s responsibility may not be eligible for a free reshipment or refund, including:

Multiple failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package.

Items blocked or restricted by local import rules when we have informed you in advance.
